Ceiling light options

I'm looking for some alternatives to the standard ceiling light/vent cover for my 74 Overlander. Is anyone familiar with THIS style? It seems to be providing the same functionality as mine, and I like the updated style better than my originals. I've never seen them in person, so I'd like to know:

1) Are they both a light and a vent cover?

2) Are they still available from Airstream or Inland RV?

Thanks for your help!
