As someone mentioned it's a festoon bulb. If I spelled it correctly.

The best way to find out what something is called is to Google it. If you Google "lamp", you're not going to find it. It is a bulb and is by no means rare, they've been around for a long time.

The correct nomenclature, if you are looking for this particular type of lamp, bulb, glowing incandescent filament enclosed in glass is

FESTOON BULB

Several people have already reported this, let's stop the confusion.
