Blue light on shore power cover plate

Does anyone know what the blue light on the shore power cover plate indicates? It's is one a newer airstream. I've searched the forum and don't see anything. I noticed this weekend the light was on and off intermittently while charging my batteries, but I know the trailer was getting power. I'm trying to find out if something is happening or if the light is a simply an indicator and the light is going out.

The Furrion website indicates that it simply tells you when voltage is present. If yours is blinking it is either a defect or your voltage source/connection has a problem.

Both of my LED lights died after about 6 months.

They are on both front and rear cover plates and the power cord. Yes, indicates a voltage is present but not how much.

We've used it camping for at least 12 months and they all still work. Handy, if it fails I wonder if the LED is replaceable?

Nope. After my first one failed I removed the unit to find there was no way to replace the LED -- maybe if you sent it back to Furrion, but "no user serviceable" options. The answer is to buy a 25' power cord that has the LED in the plug (male fitting).

I just had the same problem with my new AS -- but I was also losing power. Has anyone here found the lack of a blue light when power is is present to indicate a larger problem? I'm concerned my entire electric system is about to fail...

While camping in cooler weather, and using a lot of current, the 120v power kept blinking off for brief periods. (but no breakers popping). When I went outside, I found my Furrion cable had a good blue indicator at the park's power connector, but the blue LED on the lid on the AS power connector receptacle had gone out even though power was flowing.
