Blue and white stripe mystery wires

I am in process of replacing the entire floor on my 86 Sovereign and while removing the front lower skins, I found two wires that I can't match to my owners manual (of course).

The two mystery wires are part of the main wire cluster running up by the door side of unit. They originate near the main 12V breakers at the front interior panel but are not tied in to the panel. They both appear to be blue with a white stripe. It looks like a PO had extended the wires to near the 7 pin plug but it didn’t have any connectors on the wires at the hitch area.

Any help would be most appreciated by a Newbie here in Louisiana!
