Blowing Fuse #5 (thermostat)

I purchased a 2018 Globetrotter and absolutely love it...with one exception - every time I move the trailer, the 5th fuse from the top blows. Sometimes, I can replace it and it works and other times it just blows again. I took it by the dealership and they "tinkered" around with it for a week and found some wires that were not capped off. Unfortunately, this discovery was not the problem. I then called airstream to see if there is anyone else other than the dealership they could recommend to repair the problem. Their customer service person was super nice and said he would send me an email with some options for repair. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing. I've place no less than 4 additional calls into airstream, sent in a request through their online customer service app, and have heard nothing. Does anyone have any ideas of how to troubleshoot this wiring issue?

If you want to do it yourself. You can only follow the wire and find where they put a staple through it. I would start with a visual of the heater control. It seems sad that AS can't fix a new unit.

Thanks Airstream

Thank you for the reply. I heard from a few people on the team and they are recommending a service place to get this issue fixed. I'll update the post when it's fixed. Thank again.
