Battery Minder Question

I'm a newbie as you'll be able to tell from this question.

I pulled my Interstate batteries that came with the new AS and put them on a battery minder 12248. The battery minder is set at 2 amp, flooded and is blinking maintenance. Do I just leave the batteries on there until I pull the AS back out in April? Anything else I need to do when I go to re install them?
Thanks for the advice! j

Only additional thing is to check the electrolyte level now and again before reinstalling the batts next spring.

If you have time stop back in 3 months and check the water level, I was surprised at the amount of boil off my batteries had, didn't uncover the metal but I did have to add a lot of water(distilled).
