Battery charge

I have had my airstream plugged in to outside power for some time and thought this would keep the agm batteries charged, I looked today and the Monitor reads 15 per cent. Why isnít it charging?

How long is "some time"?

Has the batteries go below 50% threshold? It appears it has, so it may be damaged. Keep charging for a while and see what happens. May need to replace the batteries.
