Batteries not charging...

Batteries are not charging on shore power. They are charging when connected to my tow vehicle! Help, please.

Do you have trailer in USE mode? In most newer trailer they will not charge in STORE. If you are in USE mode, either you have a bad fuse or circuit breaker or your converter has come unplugged or is bad.

I have 2017. To charge batteries switch must be “in use.” If they don’t charge then something else is a problem. P.S. Might be good to carry a battery charger with you. You can get them cheap and plug it in to the outside of Airstream.

the Converter also has a dedicated breaker so check that. The Converter manufacturer will have a troubleshooting guide to walk you through testing it as well. since you are getting use out of the battery, I assume the 12V thermal breakers and or fuses are good.
