AS Running lights

Is there a way to turn on your AS running lights either with shore power or with batteries when you are not hooked up to your TV? I would have to imagine someone has done this.

Thanks!

sure with batteries/ 12V bus power. Just add a jumper and switch to the trailer connector bar in the 12V trailer box near the 12V busses in the front corner of the trailer.

Put a jumper with an inline fuse between the running lights and the 12V power line in the umbilical cord.

some people use a jumper in the 7 pin power cord of the trailer and others use a 15 amp fuss. If you google "trailer running light jumper" you can see which pins to use. (with the tap on top it's the two top pins).
If you are plugged into shore power it will not drain your battery. If you are not plugged into shore power your trailer battery is being used.
