All ext. lights working except right brake/turn

I am having a bizzarre issue. All of my exterior lights (marker, license plate, left turn/brake) work when hooked up to my truck. However, the right turn/brake does not. If I connect a hot wire from my trailer's battery directly to the trailer plug it lights up. When I test the plug on the truck, the correct tab lights up my test light. But when put together, the right turn/brake light does not work. Any ideas?

Sounds like the plug is not mating to the truck receptical. My marker/running lights do this. I have to plug it in several times to "clean" it. Maybe using a finger nail emery board to clean the contacts will help, or bending the contacts with needle nose pliers with fix the problem.

Hot wire the lights first, not sure in a '05 what color wire it is at the fuse panel, mine was green.

If they lit, then it is the TV cable connection.
