All electrical systems are out

Good evening,

We have a 2021 Globetrotter and it is plugged into a 50 amp service with a surge protector. We were sitting in the trailer, AC running, lights on and suddenly all the electrical devices went out.

Surge protector says all is well. Smart Plug is burning blue. Tongue Jack works. All other electrical is non responsive.

Heard a fan running behind circuit breakers for awhile, but it has stopped.

Any suggestions?

Check your use/store switch; someone might have bumped it to STORE.
Flip all circuit breakers off, then back on.
Does your unit have two plug in sockets, one in front, main in back? If so, try plugging into the other one. There is a switch in the converter that is supposed to handle that... mine blew twice and I simply had it removed, leaving the front one dead.
The converter may have died. The fan runs intermittently. If it does not start up and the converter stays cold...it or the main breaker died.

After removing the power panel and every access panel I could find...we realized that the store / use switch had tripped. Turned it on and all is well.

Thanks for your assistance

We had the same problem this morning. Thanks for the suggestion to check the exterior power in ports. Looks like the side port has a problem. Plugged into the front Furrion port and all is back to normal. Grateful for your suggestion.
