Adapter

I cannot find an adapter locally that will connect my trailer to my home's electric, so I'll have to order it online. Can anyone look at these three options below and tell me if there is much difference and which would you recommend I purchase. Or, do you know of another site that has better ones? I know absolutely nothing about electronics and I know this question is as basic as you can get, so after you laugh, post a response. Thanx.

p.s. the distance between the home's outlet and the trailer is very short, so I won't be needing any kind of extension cord/piece.

Daisy, choice #2 would be best and cheapest for you. Here is someone locally to you that should have them in stock:
Alec's Camper Center Inc
16960 S Dixie Hwy
Palmetto Bay, FL 33157
(305) 235-7537

Daisey,
When you find the adapter get a spare, they are cheap and if you are like me it is easy to misplace. Did you try the hardware stores?

I like the 3rd choice

A bit more $ but much nicer to use.

Many Wal Mart stores also carry them , usually near the auto stuff. Not sure where you have looked , I don't think I have ever been to an RV store that didn't carry those . Good luck

Thanks, Terry for the info. I'll drive over there this weekend. I had looked under RV dealers in Florida online and this one didn't pop up (and I contacted an Airstream dealer but they don't know much about vintage).

Thanks, Chaplain, for the advice. I too, tend to misplace things, so I think I'll buy 2 (or 3)

Thanks for the input, balrgn ...any particular reason why you would choose #3?

hmmm, didn't check Walmart, thanks!

If you have to plug into a generator, it fits better so it does not tend to fall out of the receptacle, and or if you are plugging into an outside outlet that has a moisture hood. E-bay has them too.........
