If you are referring to the Air Conditioner breaker as apposed to the electrical panel breaker I would swap to another or new breaker as a first test. Breakers go soft over time and will trip below their rated load.
If the second breaker trips also test the source voltage and make sure it is above 105 volts, preferred above 110 volts.
If voltage and breaker check out OK does the air conditioner start and trip shortly there after or trip on an attempt to start. What is the temperature inside the trailer when you attempt to start the AC?
