Absorption vs Float

Camping this week in new FC27, 50A, solar, have AGM batteries, everything is stock. At current campsite, am using 30A receptacle. Battery voltage on the SeaLevel II is reading 13.2V, which the owners manual indicates is the Float charge. Even when turning things on such as lights, fans, etc, it remains at 13.2. When drawing amps, I thought it should go from Float to Absorption which should indicate 13.6V. At other times and places I've seen it in Absorption, but not here. Any thoughts?

Unless you are drawing current at a greater rate than the converter is capable of producing, the battery is not being drawn down. Therefore the state of charge of the battery will demand only float.

Now at a 50 amp site and the charger is in absorption per normal, all power usage the same. Still curious to know why it didnít do this at previous site, but thanks for your input.
