59' Overlander new electrical ?'s

Hey guys,

I'll have the body back on the frame of our 59' overlander and need to finalize some electrical questions and decisions. First off, we are building this trailer out as simple as possible. I would like to run two 12v batteries to power the 12v system which will power all of the lights, water pump, a couple usb ports, and the fridge (or whatever they need 12v for). My AC system will be quite simple. I will have a new Dometic 13.5k AC unit on the roof, the fridge connection (Dometic 3 cu ft), Power Dynamics Converter and 2 outlets for the coffee machine.

My plan for the AC system is to start at a 35 amp plug in that will feed a 3 breaker panel. I'll have a 20 amp breaker dedicated to the AC, 15 amp breaker (?) dedicated to the PD Converter, and the last 15 amp breaker will be for the fridge and outlets.

Question #1- should I have the fridge on its own breaker and the PD unit with the outlets? Do I have the breaker sizes correct? We'll hardly ever use the outlets, mostly just for coffee.

I will confirm all breaker sizes for the fridge and AC unit when the units show up and I can see all the specs, IOM's, etc. but am I off to a good start?

I read on here somewhere that a 50 amp re-settable fuse should be used within 18" of the batteries, is that right? I'm looking at the below unit.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0024JHQ02...v_ov_lig_dp_it

Reading up on the PD unit I am thinking of going with the 45 amp PD9245 unit. Is that unit suitable for a dual battery setup and somewhat low power draw?

Sorry for my ignorance electrical is definitely something I don't want to screw up. Thanks in advance for any feedback!
