Rivet 30 or 50 amp

I have a 2004 19 ' Bambi Internationsl CCD. I'm really confused about 30 amp vs. 50 amp issues. I just reserved a space in AZ. for a few days in Dec. and they asked me what I needed 30 or 50 amp. They said I probably needed the 30 amp spot. I really don't know. Any help on this subject would be appreciated.

Your trailer is a 30 Amp connector. The rating is on a plat near the power cord storage spot, or connector if you have the marine style system.

You may want to get a 50 to 30 AMP Dog bone in case you get stuck in a 50 AMP site in the future. 17.00 at CW.

50 Amp connections are normally for he bigger trailers and Motorhomes that use two air conditioners. Unless of course it is a classic Airstream motorhome, then it still uses 30 AMP but has 2 Ac's You can only run one of them when plugged in.

30 amp plug will have 3 prongs, 50 will have 4. And the cable is twice the size, it takes some effort to coil or wind it up. You will know a 50 amp when you deal with it.
