2021 50amp adapter

Anyone out there aware of an adapter to plug a heavy duty 20amp extension cord into the trailers exterior receptacle without using the oem power cord? I would like to plug the trailer in the night before traveling to cool down the fridge. I’m trying to eliminate the risk of someone walking off with my oem 50amp power cord. I have that odd shaped receptacle...it isn’t a standard 50amp.

I use a simple 15amp 110 v adapter. Works great

I want to plug an extension cord directly into this bypassing the 50amp supplied power cord.

None of those will work... I have been in Amazon. I now removed the plug, “looking for an adapter to fit into this female receptacle” to connect an extension cord. I googled smart plug, 50amp and have zero success. Looking for someone who has found what I am looking for.

You will have to make one. Get a regular 50 to 15 dog one and cut off the 50a end and wire in a smart plug. Or you could do the same to an extent cord but the dog bone would allow the ext cord to be used for other things.

I got a 15’ 50A cord and put a smart plug in it. I like the short version when it is long enough and when I need to convert to 15A. Is is so much lighter.
