2014 Int'l 27FBQ Electrical Outlet Questions

I couldn't find the magical search terms today to answer the questions I have regarding how the electrical outlets on a 2014 Int'l 27FBQ.

My system has been modified by @lewster Lew Farber, so if he has any input that would be fantastic. I know the GFCI outlets are all connected to the single 20AMP breaker, that is clearly marked on the electrical panel.

I have two basic questions.

1. Is the outlet above the nightstand on the driver side of the queen bed connected to the 20 amp breaker marked bedroom?

2. Are the inverter plugs connected to a breaker or are the controlled through the inverter. The other day my wife was watching TV in bedroom and I was watching football in main room and both TVs shutdown for a few minutes then came back on. This happened twice, I immediately looked for a tripped breaker but none were tripped and both times the plugs came back live after about 5 minutes or less.

Thanks in advance.
