Hi Ipifly:
That is a custom electrical box made solely for stationary display purposes. It is not found on production model vintage Bambis, so you'll never find another.
I bet someone from your displays department or in house building and grounds maintenance shop can easily repair it. Unscrew the front panel, remove it [it looks like aluminum] and pound it flat with a hammer. Touch up as necesary with black spray paint. Cut and mount a new vertical aluminum angle along the right hand side, drill it and screw on the repaired front panel. You should then be good to go. Next time you move the Bambi, just remember to lift it's front end a little higher.

Good luck!
