150 GND Wire

Found this wire laying loose near the water heater and behind the converter on my new 2020 FC25FBT. White wire, labeled 150 GND with a ring terminal. I'm a retired Navy and rail car electrician and my best guess that its a ground that was not connected to the car body/frame. Am I correct in this assumption and should I just screw it down to the car body?

White is a typical ground wire (12v) color in an Airstream. Perhaps that wire is already connected to ground and it should be attached to some electrical component.

I think you're correct. I tested the wire by measuring 12 volts at the side compartment light. Positive to the light, negative to the ring terminal. So now the question is, which component should it have gone to?
Converter?
Power Panel?
