You haven't provided enough information. Is the trailer new to you? Has the 12v system been working all along and suddenly went out? Is the 12v system working on the original univolt or is there a more recent conversion to a modern converter? If so, what is it? etc

Also, look at the upper portion of the page and click on Forums, then Electrical and start a search for 12v. I think you'll find a ton of information.

Good luck

Does the converter have 120 volt AC power?
Is there 12 volt DC power at the fuse panel?
Is there a battery in the coach?
If no battery. Are the battery wires clear of any metal?
Have you checked the ground connection at the frame?

Have used Intelli-power PD9260C converter for ten years. All good until last month. Where is ground to frame?

Follow the solid copper wire from the 120 VOLT AC panel. Chances are good the DC common/ground connection is attached to the same point on the frame.
Not being familiar with the layout of your coach. Battery/Converter location etc.
On my Argosy the frame common/ground location is in the trunk on street side. Battery and Converter are in the rear bath on the street side.

Do you have power at the output of the converter?
If you have a battery you might try disconnecting the negative terminal. Then check the output of the converter. If the battery is bad the converter will crowbar and shut down because the battery looks like a short circuit.
Have you checked the 2 large fuses on the converter?
