12 volt panel location-'79 24' motorhome

I suspect that the panel is located behind the Univolt cover. The problem is that the previous owner covered the cover with carpeting, so I don't even know where the screws are located. I need to replace a blown fuse for the exhaust fan. If anyone can confirm the location of the panel, please do. Also, pictures of the Univolt cover screw locations, if possible, would be great so that I don't have to tear up all the carpeting. The forecast for today is 33 degrees, (91.4) so please help soon if you can, thanks. I'm sweating just thinking about it.

So nobody knows where the fuse panel is? I admit that I don't. Is it not located with the Univolt?
