Just taking the opportunity to say HI as a new member. Used to own an '85 34ft Classic until we sold it about 1+ yr. ago. Couldn't travel anymore then because of the wifes health. I'm now alone and think I have the urge to 'hit the road' again. Am looking for something in good shape that my current vehicle will handle----a gross of 5800#.

Welcome to the Forums, and your return to Airstreaming. We're sorry that you have to go it alone, but 'streaming sure beats sitting home. We think that a 19' Bambi would be ideal for one. It's easier to hook up and can be towed by just about any TV. Try Ebay first. Querry AIRSTREAM and sort by price, highest first. That will give you all the trailers first. Also look in the classifieds on this forum and the units for sale in the Airstreamer section of the Company website,

Welcome Zeke!

We bought our Bambi on Ebay. We had a great experience. Not everyone does... but then not everyone does buying new at a dealer either! On the bright side~Airstreams are great fun!

There are a number of single folks who travel, it is a great way to enjoy the company of others at campouts, rallys, etc. but have time for yourself!

Hope to see you on the road soon! Good luck finding your 'stream!
