Smile Yet Another Newbie

Hello!

Bought an extremely lightly used 28' Flying Cloud FB this Thursday! We are super excited to be starting our Airstream journey!

More than a little daunted too! I'm looking forward to scouring these forums for insights and advice!

Happy to be here!

See you on the road!

I got in first on your tow vehicle thread.Hope it helps.
What's your level of previous towing experience?
Any answer is good! Safety is the number 1 combination vehicle issue.
New to towing people lurk in these forums, won't post, but learn a lot.

Another newbie is always welcome. We were all newbies here. Congratulations on your new Airstream travel trailer. Now you have an "escape pod" where you can hitch up and get outta town. Your trailer will keep you warm and safe even in a WalMart parking lot or by the side of the road. My son escaped to the mountains and spent the night here. Careful of that first step going out the door son. It is a long ways down.

Welcome and congrats on your purchase! You’re smarter than we were. It took us years of owning SOB RVs before we found our Airstream.

Thank you B! Sorry for my delayed response, life got in the way and I wasn't able to check these forums for a few days!

Overwhelmed by the response and advice I'm getting! Thank you for starting us off, I think it is important to get that initial response for other posters to jump in with their comments and insights.

Much appreciated!

I agree there is so much to learn without having to post!
