I need some help with a water leak. I bought a 1974 27 ft Overlander. The bathroom is on the curb side of the trailer with a couch across the back of the trailer. My problem is I have rain water getting in and it shows up on the floor along the back wall. I have replaced the 3 vent pipe gaskets, re-sealed all the windows, lights, back roof vent and along the back outside wall were it meets the bumper storage box. I have used either Vulkem or Parbond sealant. I am still getting rain water in along the back wall. I would appreciate any suggestions of other areas I should look at sealing. Thank you.
Not sure on the 74 but on my 91 the sheet metal that has the hinge for the bumper storage rack goes under the bananna srtip and right on top of the floor. A factory designed leak.

The top of, and the rivets under the plastic insert, of the belt-line rib & banana rib, tail light housings, running light housings seams on the end caps, awning rails all need checking and re-sealing periodically.
