Thinking of buying an older Airstream

I am considering renovating an old one. A 1971 23 footer. I have done boats and have plenty of power tools. Am I nuts to do an RV?

There are several forum members who have the connection of boats/Airstreams.I'm sure some will encourage and help you along if needed.

If you are nuts, you are in good company here. Probably half of the forums members own coaches that are 20+ years old. And your potential acquisition is much newer than ours.

Nope...ya gotta have at least 3 or more vintage units to be considered nuts. Besides based on my experience you will need more tools anyway
