The looking sign is down. New owner!

Annette & I are the proud owners of a 1990 29' Excella. We are so excited and can't wait to pick her up. Bought her today but we are going out of town over the weekend and will not be back to pick her up until next Wed. I'm going to have a ton of questions going forward which I'll try to post in the correct thread.
Thanks to everybody who takes the time to post in this forum and so freely shares information. It really helped us make what we think is a great choice for us!
I'll try to post the only pic I took but more will come later.
Joe

Congrats!

Good to have another SouthEasterner here !!!
Looks to be a great purchase so far... and you are totally right! There are some FANTASTIC people/experts on here... I'm a newbie and I always run her for advice or just reference... brilliant place this AirForums!

Glad you're no longer a window-shopper! Great feeling eh?

Welcome

Congratulations. You will find the folks on the forums extremely helpful. I used to own a plane, and "airplane people" are very eager to help. But, "Airstream people" are even better, best folks in the world.

Thanks folks! Shar, I'm Gainesville by way of Atlanta. So nice not to be shopping, at least for the AS. I'm shopping for another Tekonsha P3 pocket mount bracket and the harness that hooks up to the unit. I've got one for my F-150 and want to make it easy to move to my Chevy 1500. I hope the local dealer here has what I need. Going to pick it up with the Chevy. Great feeling, just wish it was in the back yard already.

We just brought our 88 Excella 29 home yesterday. They look like twins. We are having so much fun checking her out and fixing things up. First on the agenda, she is in serious need of a bath!

Congrats, we also have a 29' 1988 excella that has the same window layout as yours. We don't have the shiny rock guards on the front corners.
