STILL a newbie

didn't think i'd be back on the site so soon. after buying a 1970 31' land yacht and then later finding out it had considerable frame rot, i was sure i was toast. i've since sold it on ebay and managed to recoup most of the money i had invested in it.

i'm now looking at another one. this time however i have the advantage of experience (albeit limited). first off, here it is:

he has it listed as an airstream/argosy. i don't know if he has it listed as both because he does not know the difference, or simply to increase the number of hits he receives on the ad. can anyone identify it from the picture? it's listed as a 24 footer and the toilet is on the passenger side, if it helps.

this is also a rear bath. rear baths in my limited experience are to be approached cautiously. the fact that is shorter than my 31 footer, does ease my mind slightly. are ALL rear baths, regardless of length or year prone to the frame rot? i plan on bouncing on the rear end long enough so that the owner will assume that i have lost my mind.

towing. should i be able to tow this trailer with a 6 cylinder 4.3 chevy blazer? long trips will not be the case, as i only need to relocate for work, once or twice a year.

any help you guys could give me is GREATLY appreciated.

thanks in advance. joe.
