My wife and I are still working our way to our 1st Airstream which we will purchace in the next couple of months, Thanks to your friendly Advice we are be careful and thoughtful about our purchase as we jump in with both feet.. We have noted that some airstreams have red letters on the stern of the ship (yes I know I am throwing in a boat term) What do those letters mean?
The big red numbers on the front and the back of an Airstream are the owners' WBCCI membership number. If you see blue numbers, that is the owners' Airstream Forums membership number.

There is an active WBCCI unit in your area as well as a nice campground they own. You might go to the WBCCI site, WBCCI.org and look up a local phone number for one of the leaders and they might be able to put you in touch with one of their members who is considering selling his unit.
Simply by joining the forum you get a number. Look around in your profile to find the number...[emoji3]
