Remodelling a Sovereign

Hi Everyone!
I am beginning to help my friend Jo Anne remodel an abused Airstream she just bought a few weeks ago. She plans to use it as a stationary cabin here on Vashon Island near Seattle. She lives in Oklahoma during the winter and comes to the island here for the summer. The insides were pretty ugly and since she has seen how well I remodelled the '50's era mobile home I live in she has entrusted me to do the fixups for her new "summer home."
The remodel includes removing pretty much all walls, closets, cabinets, appliances etc. and replacing floors, all new appliances and fixtures, changing the walls to real wood plywood doorskin and basically doing a complete makeover.
I am already well into the demolition phase. I am pretty accomplished as a DIY homeowner but it's easy to see that this is a different animal from the many places I have renovated. I am sure to have lots of questions so thanks in advance for your help and patience!
