From your description, it could be one of several issues that could be relatively inexpensive to repair to others that could be exceptionally expensive and/or time consuming to repair.
- If it is just the aluminum bellypan sheet sagging, it may need little more than a few replacement rivets.
- It could be that the blackwater tank support braketry has rusted through and permitted the tank to drop pushing the bellypan down.
- It is possible that the rear frame members have rusted to the point that they are in the process of failing allowing much of the rear structure to sag.
- It is possible that the rear floor has rotted to the point that the bath fixtures are nearing the point where they may fall through the floor.
- The combination frame extension/drag guard that the bumper attaches to may have welds that are failing or may have serious rust problems.
It is very difficult to predict which, if any of these issues might be causing the problem that you describe. You might want to see if one of the Forum Volunteer Inspectors is near you -- that may be the easiest way to determine if the problem is critical or something relatively minor.
