Ready to Remodel!
Hi, this is Marla and Nate!

this month we decided to pick up a 1970 31' Sovereign International to live in while most of our house is remodeled...

Yes! We're doing the basic updating right now-- paint and get rid of the ugly floral upholstery. We've been reading a lot about what to do and how to do it.

Before you go to crazy reworking things, make sure the floor is sound. There are a lot of threads here on what to look for if you haven't already dug into it.
