After new water pump, hoses, belts and Holley 4 barrel, I hit the road from Portland, Oregon to Phoenix, AZ. Day 1 50 miles in 15 hours! I replaced every piece of the ignition system on the side of I-5 and ended up replacing the entire distributor, I'm now a 454 ignition system expert! She ran like a champ rest of the way if you don't count the 2 splices in the fuel lines and one on the radiator hose. She only broke when I stopped!!! I made it to San Diego for some water yachting which seemed appropriate after many miles of land yachting. Now she's in Mesa,Az at our shop Arizona RV Specialist and I will begin her transformation into something beautiful!!
