Probably about time to introduce myself

Hi all,

I have been a lurker on the site for a couple of years now finding good information on the repair and maintenance of my '73 31' trailer. I bought it as a project a couple of years ago for a cheap price and have been slowly working on it since. It has the typical rear sag and frame rot but luckily it is a mid bath so the tear out of the rear bedroom was not a big deal. I am to the point of pulling the belly pan out and rewelding the rails. Im hoping to get the trailer setup for the fall camping season if time allows.
