Hi David,
We have had other trailers when the kids were young. The best one was a 1969 Silver Streak 24'. We never left Washington state because of my demanding work schedule. My son slept in the shower and I built a hammock bed above our double bed. Used it while we built a 20' x 20' dry cabin over on our Cle Elum, WA lot. So now we are just getting ready to enter retirement and fixing up the '94 Excella 25' for future outings. Putting a flat screen and entertainment center and eventually new flooring and reupholster our couch in leather. We plan to do the snow bird winter trips south to get out of the cold rain of Washington. So many beautiful parks in south Utah, Arizona, New Mexico that requires a visit.
So my original training started in 1972 as a cabinetmaker. We did all commercial work for restaurants, hospitals, hotels, etc... Expanded across the nation for Skippers Fish and Chips, Restaurants Unlimited, their Cinnabon and high end restaurants.
Managed and part owner of a 14,000 sq ft cabinet shop for 9 years than ventured out on my own to build and install elevator cab interiors in Washington state.
That's my story,
Van
