Nu Bee sneaking in from Republic of Tejas

Sneaking in because there are five of us from Texas just on this first page. People from the other parts of the country might think we're trying to overthrow. We're really not,,,,,,,, Secede possibly.

Live in the Hill Country around Burnet and have a 75 Excella 500, 31 footer. Just bought it last month but have owned an AS in a previous life long long ago. Decided for some reason I just had to have another....well now I do. Its in great shape except, always an except, for a few little things that I can probably handle and if I can't, there's always the forums to refer to.

I was going to add something on another thread but decided I had better intro myself so as not to upset the proverbial chili cart. So that being done, I guess I can go to the "tips riding with the fussy woman" thread and get in trouble. Just kidding, I'm divorced, so anything I could add would be useless info anyway, haha.

Great to be here, Rick

Welcome! The hill country is mighty nice indeed. There's a great event Utopia Fest that I went to last year. Worth checking out. Texas is an interesting place and while most of the folks I know from other states don't want to see an attempted overthrow by TX, they too would welcome a succession:-)

Enjoy the forum!

Hi U-Turn! Welcome aboard! I got to spend six weeks in the great state er republic of Texas awhile back. I loved the place! I did some work up around Gainsville....not sure if that's considered "Hill Country" or not, but I liked it. The people were very friendly, the food was great (I gained 22lbs on that business trip!!! But I do love my T-bones!) and got a really cool pair of boots from the Nokona Boot Company in Nokona, TX.

Hope to see you on the road some day. Happy trails!

Welcome U-turn. I'm not too far from you and have only had my AS for a year. I I have learned sooooo much from this forum. If you are near Fbg give me a shout. Wishing you the best and looking forward to seeing you around. There are many fun rallies in the this part of the state.

I always thought a pair of Longhorns would look cool on the front of a Stream.

Thx for the welcomes. I'll be popping in from time to time.

Eric H-Utopia is a great place, been there a couple times.

Jim-After 22 pounds I'll bet the boots didn't fit.

Kds-Love your town, get there from time to time.
