Smile Not so new or young for that matter…

We bought our first Airstream, a 2016 20 ft Flying Cloud, from Airstream Adventure in Covington as an investment in retirement recreation. We enjoyed the experience so much we traded up just a year later for a FC 23FB. (In another life I sold recreation vehicles and was always amazed when customers upgraded. I recall thinking….”I’ll never make that mistake” but I did and never regretted it.) Since then we went through a remodel at Ultimate Airstream in Portland. Our FC 23 FB underwent twin bed conversion. That feature was not available in 2018. They did an excellent job, it made the interior seem so much bigger.
So why are we joining Airstream Forums now? Because we have more upgrades on the consideration table and would benefit from the experience of others. Cheers everyone!

Welcome to these Airstream Forums. You can learn about every rivet in your 2018 Flying Cloud. Our old Airstream is a twin bed layout that we prefer when living in such a small space. It is much easier to do those midnight runs to the "rest" room.

Welcome!

We upgraded from a 23 FBQ to a 23 FBT, so know exactly where you are coming from.

Glad to have you aboard.

Welcome to the forum neighbor (sort of)!! We live in Kingston. We took the PT ferry earlier this month to Coupville when travelling to the Region 10 Rally in Lynden, fun ferry ride. We love camping at Point Hudson in PT.

Greetings from the Florida Panhandle

Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us. We started with a 25FB. We kept it for eight years and downsized to a 23FB. We kept the 23FB for a year and traded it for another 25FB, which we have now had for almost seven years.

Enjoy your 23FB.

Brian
