Sending you a PM.

Looks like a blank slate. Not sure if you'd like a modern look, but have you heard of Hofman Architecture out of Santa Barbara? They do really quite awesome AS renovations: Santa Barbara Architecture - Airstream Design - Hofmann Architecture

Not everybody's cup of tea, but very striking. I was talking to them for a while while we were looking for our trailer, they are super nice guys. We bought locally in the end, and went for a less drastic reno.

Glad the manufacturers of meth did not blow it up!

Any ideas on how to legally dispose of the blackwater tank? Have decided on a composting toilet and the reno is taking place in front of/ on the side of our suburban home.

One of the bonuses so far of having Rosie out front is that we've met more neighbors in the last week than we have in the last SIX YEARS! It seems no one can resist an Airstream, no matter the condition. Cheers to community!

Blog is now live at RivetedRosie.com and I hope to have some galleries done by tonight of interior and current progress.

An intervention.... I like it, Big C!!!
Have fun, since that is what it is all about...

Oh my. Those are the most beautiful airstreams I have ever seen. I remember running across HofArc on apartment therapy a few years ago and the pictures have stayed in my inspiration folder ever since. Thanks for sharing!!

We're back!

(Actually, we're still here!) Rosie wintered next door on our neighbor's slab driveway. No room for renovation. We lucked into a heated garage and renovation is underway once again!

We've just started taking down interior panels and pulling out insulation. Mouse turds abound!
