Newbie to AS Forum

Hello all. Took your invitation to join up.My wife and I have a 1994 Excella 1000 34' that we stumbled onto in Elkhart, IN three years ago. We had another travel trailer and had just come from visiting folks in Ohio. The first day in Elkhart we met about 6 couples with Airstreams who had been to a homecoming at the factory. Again fell in love with the trailers but didn't think we could afford one. While eating breakfast the next morning we spotted an AS at a neighboring high end RV lot. Went over to see it and then became AS owners and devotees. We've had several improvements done to our rolling mansion to make life more comfortable. I want to do more things to upgrade our rig so will be offering some items to the forum. We live in the inland northwest so winters can be quite interesting. Our local AS dealer has helped keep our unit in good shape. Ken
