newbie saying hello-Spartan Imperial Mansion

Greetings!

I'm Imja and I joined this forum because I was given a 1958 Spartan Imperial Mansion by my generous sister and brother in law. I've long admired airstreams, and this trailer came with a piece of property they bought so they gifted it to me. I plan to have it stay put as a retreat/getaway. It's located in Vermont, about 6 hours from my home in Ithaca. I'll be eagerly scanning posts by owners and admirers of airstream's vintage kin. If anyone works on these things near Barre or Washington Vermont, please give me a hollar.

Welcome to the forums. The WBBCI Region 2 Rally is in Ithaca this year - June 1-6 at Pine Creek Campground.

How lovely that airstreams will converge on Ithaca! A good omen, I hope. My Spartan Imperial Mansion, which I refer to as my mansion, is in Vermont. I've only see her once and will take pictures on my next trip. I guess to begin with I will just go and clean and take an inventory of what might need to be improved and what is fine.

For those coming to Ithaca in June, this is really a lovely little city. Be sure to see the waterfalls.
