Hello Larry.

Welcome to the forum. It is a great place to learn and share. And I agree with Bearstream, join the Airstream Club to reduce your learning curve and enhance your AS ownership.

Did you buy your AS at Colonial? And post some pictures when you get it.

All the best!

Thank you both and yes on buying it at Colonial. We’re doing the overnight and pickup there in 2 weeks and I’ve been reading up like crazy to make sure I double check everything before pulling off the lot

Grats on the new Airstream! We are also picking ours up at Colonial in a few weeks (May3 was the earliest that worked for me) and will be spending the night there as well. We are from Long Island NY but will likely join a NJ Airstream local chapter as the NY metro one appears to not be very active. Best wishes and perhaps well run into each other some day!

Greetings from the Florida Panhandle

Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us. Congratulations on your new baby. May you have safe travels and many great Airstream Adventures with her. When you get her we need to see pictures.

Brian

I'll let you know what date we settle in on James and maybe we'll be camping neighbors that first night. Are you doing the orientation that day also?

Welcome from Colorado and welcome to the Airstream owners community. I second the motion to join your local club as well as the International Airstream Club. Interacting face to face with other Airstreamers is a lot of fun. Through the years I have found these Forums very helpful and also very interesting. If you have a question, just ask here. Airstreamers enjoy helping other Airstreamers.

We traveled all the way to the pacific northwest last fall to see the Olympic National Park. It was a fun trip to a "rainforest" with huge trees. Here is a photo.

Thanks David and that sounds like a beautiful trip (thanks for sharing the pic). I have a daughter in Ft Collins and plan to take the AS out there at some point. I'd love to pick your brain a little when we start planning that trip.
