Hi all. Has been fun and informative reading posts for the last few months.
I picked up our almost new 07 International CCD 19' at dealer in London, Ontario last Wednesday and after a full day there to get hitch installed, checked out on all trailer systems I left in the pouring rain in rush hour traffic, somewhat scary! Spent first night in a dismal London KOA (abandoned cars and RV's in camp spaces). Sunny the next morning and a good drive to Niagaria Falls KOA to meet wife Simone who arrived that afternoon from Ottawa. A fun night at the falls then across border at Buffalo to spend weekend on Finger Lakes area. All trailer systems worked great, I learned how to back up with out embarrassing myself and we had a great time.
After a manditory stop at the outlet mall (Simone), we had a safe trip home. We love our little Airstream and are glad we resisted the temptation to buy something larger. Will continue to watch list and I'm sure learn all we need to know from you fellow airstreamers!

Cheers, Robert

Welcome Robert! Glad to hear your shakedown cruise went well and that you're enjoying your new little Airstream. Wishing you many more happy trips in the future.

Welcome! Glad you learned to back up without embarrassing yourself is such a short time. I too can now back up without embarrassing myself, but if only I could on learn to do it without embarrassing my wife!
