New to the airstream world

Hello
From a snowy, cold Vermont!!!!
We are new in the airstream world, and there are so many questions that need answers!!!!!
We have a 31" international, that needs a tad of work.
Looking forward to this latest adventure.

Welcome from snowy, cold Missouri! Have a look around, make yourselves at home! What year is your trailer?

What year 31 foot?

You will find tons of help in this web site, from a couple of dealers or so, to thousands of owners, most of which are happy, a few are not.

Thanks for the wonderful replies.
Not sure if the airstream is a 1971 or 72, A transfer card states it is 72.
Looking forward to this adventure.

Under the window next to the door there should be a name plate. There should be some numbers stamped into it. That will help you discover what year your trailer is exactly.

bottom #'s I think have a 131 rest I can't read
any idea on how to make the letters stand out so they can be read?
Thanks for the replys.

Try placing a piece of paper over the numbers and rubbing it with a pencil.

You're catching on! You could also post pics (we all love photos) of your trailer. Some folks can identify the years due to specific features.

Thanks, will try that tomorrow...
Does anyone have any ideas on flooring? We were thinking bamboo or cork?
Also, the couch needs to be replaced.

Have a grand evening.

We went with Pergo in ours. Granted we have only used the AS for 1/2 a season since but so far so good. There are a lot of different options, opinions, and experiences of members on here- my advice is: research, research, research!

Does anyone else find this to be funny in the reply posts? Putting a mystery AS out there in a post and then hold out on the specifics....we all feel like the juicy details are missing!

I can't decide if it's like gossip or a strip tease.....
