New to as

Hi all
How many can say they have purchased 2 airstreams in less than 6 months? We purchased our 1st 25 ft flying cloud at the end of Dec. 2018 and took delivery in February. Our really 1st trip out it was totaled on 680 freeway at Treat Blvd in Concord, CA by a 5 yard dump truck. What a nightmare plus the PTSD that occurred. We took delivery of our "NEW" AS in April and have been out 3 times so far. Planning to go to Colorado for the big gathering in June. Anyone from the north bay going? Beginning to plan our trip so we can take our time and see some sites along the way. Any suggestions?
We enjoy reading the forums and gleaning tips of AS ownership. Especially the credit card to get the windows unstuck.
Is there a group of AS that goes to Quartsite in February?
Thanks to all who post. It is helpful.

Oh girl! Glad you survived and were able to go camping again. I made up my mind to avoid rush hour traffic and urban interstates whenever possible, to take a break every 2 hours or anytime I felt less than 100% alert.

Late and shiney beats dented every day.

Just find a camping spot before 4pm.
