Hi. Just wanted to say hello and make my first post. My wife and I have owned our 1961 Flying Cloud for about 3 1/2 years (including the 10 weeks it took to make it usable). First time my wife saw the rig she started to cry - I immediately said "Don't worry I can fix this". Long story short she loves it and we try and get out on the road at least once a month. I've used the forums to get rally information, keep up on Airstream current events and for technical information. I'd like to thank everyone for the detailed posts regarding axle replacement - I just finished installing a new Dexter Torsion axle and the posts and pictures were a great help. Hi Mike and Meg,

Welcome aboard! As you well know, these forums are a wealth of information. The knowledge base here is astounding. I'm sure you'll get plenty of other "beggars" as well, but everyone here LOVES pics! When you get a chance, I'm sure everyone would love to see pictures of your FC. We'll look forward to hearing of your experiences with "fixing" your trailer... I'm sure someone can benefit.
