Hi Y'all,
Just purchased a 2005 Classic last weekend. First timers.
We (Don and Judy) are looking forward to our first trip. Retirement date is 27 Jan.
Have a new Hensley hitch to install. Looking forward to that, too.

If possible, spend a couple of nights in your new coach, safely parked in your driveway, before you take off on your first trip. It is a lot easier to find and fix little problems while at home, rather than in a campground 100 miles from Podunk. It is also better to fumble around and figure out the systems without having an audience at a campground (read no witnesses if you screw something up).
Good luck in your retirement !!! also good choice in a RV , the advice to camp at a home is real good idea,we did the same and it does help!

Don and Judy,
Congrats on both your new AS Classic and your upcoming retirement! We look forward to hearing more about your new coach. We took delivery on our 2005 30' SO Classic about 9 months ago.
