New owner of a '55

We are new members and the proud new owners of a 55 Flying Cloud that is undergoing a full restoration back to orginal.

Advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Greetings from the Florida Panhandle

Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us. You've found the right place for all things Airstream, old and new.

We would love to see some pictures of your project.

Brian

Here some photos of the on going restoration. We also have a pretty thorough Pinterest page documenting the restoration.Click image for larger version

Here are some pictures of the initial bodywork and the test fit if the shell back to the newly restored frame and subfloor. The hardwood floors are next and then finish bodywork after the shell is reattached. It is nerve racking seeing the shell "flying" around the shop.
