It looks like you are the proud new owners of an un-molested 31' 'stream!

The awning is a Care-free, a version that sometimes is not the aluminum wrapped style.

Make sure it's sealed up on the joints, rivets and gaskets...you have survivor so keep a lookout for the Vintage Killer...leaks! I'm on my 3rd Airstream and ALL of them have had issues of rotted floor from leaks.

That is a beautiful AS. It is great to see a AS that has been so well taken care of by the PO. You must be very proud. I hope to see you camping around Tennessee.

We'll definitely check into the WBCCI. Helen, GA is a beautiful place and, as you mentioned, not that far from us. Hopefully we'll see you someplace next Spring.

I stepped out early this morning and the sky was interesting. Had to use my cell phone camera so the richness of the colors are washed out but it's still worth posting (I think).

My son helped me work the Airstream into position behind our house. We have a lot of trees and the house is on the crown of a small hill. So it took an all terrain forklift to get it into place. (I think my wife has some pictures so I'll try to post the actual process photos later.) Here's a couple of the trailer in place.
