New Member with lots of work ahead!

Hello and Happy 4th to all from NC. Just a brief intro--Glenn & Jane are "us". We've owned a '63 Overlander 26' for 10 years or more. We've camped a few times in it, mostly in the NC mountains. For the past 8-10 years it's been sitting on boards and we haven't camped in it because we bought a later model camper; however, with much work to be done(partial new floor, new power cord needed and no idea how to access the camper end of it, better insulation, defnitely in need of polishing, etc), we're thinking of re-doing it, perhaps short of a full restoration. When we bought it years ago, it came from an elderly man who had customized it, so it doesn't have much of the original interior. It has a full size tub with shower, but I plan to take it out and put in some type of shower. Well that's enough for now. I expect we'll have a "few" questions about the project!

Welcome to the forums.

If/when you have questions they have probably already been answered at one point on this forum.

Yes Van, many of us will echo -- welcome Glenn and Jane! BTW, you get to ask and re-ask if you're forgetful like me you get to ask and re-ask. Nothing is ruled out just because it's already been answered. As a starting point that does sound like a very good model to be putting the time into. Come back often!
