New member... vintage trailer

Hi--I purchased my 1967 two years ago this November, and finally got around to polishing it this summer. I'm still not done. I went to my first Airstream Rally this summer; Aluminations in Rochester NH. It was great fun. I also attended the Harvest Moon Great Pumpkin rally in Townshend Vermont a couple of weeks ago. It was cold, but beautiful weather.

I've met some great people who are involved with the forum, and some pictures of my trailer made it onto the forum after both rallies, so I figured I'd better get involved! Gail

Gail -- We think 'profile' when you click on a user's name and select 'View Public Profile.' That's what Rodney says he sees. Are you asking about the small images below a member's name when we post? That's called an avatar and needs to be a small file with image size of approx 100 x 100 pixels. Otherwise you would continue to see a blank. Reply back if you'd like assistance doing this.

Cute picture by the way! Welcome to the Forums!!

Gail's Airstream is totally cool! I got some good pictures of it myself when we were at the Great Pumpkin, Harvest Moon rally. But the best pictures of Gail's trailer (that I've seen anyway) were shot by 53Flyingcloud at the 2006 Region One Rally. Here's the thread (I hope):

Jeff & Kristine--I love your new picture!! Did you change your "handle", or is this message directly from Eddy? Gail

It looks like we have "twins". I'll get some inside pics on as soon as I figure out how to maneuver around here. I went to your "gallery". How did that damage to the rear happen? Gail

Gail,

You can find the answers here, it is a long read, but will explane a little easier.

There are quite a few of us with 67's around here.

Picking up on how the forum works takes a little time, but is not too bad.

Wow! What a story.... The new rear end goes on this summer? I need to re-think where I park my trailer in the summer months. There are lots of huge trees around it. You've done a great patch job. It's amazing to me that you could have four kids and two adults in there. It's all we can do with our one bunk to fit our family of four plus two dogs. Gail
